How much is a home inspection?
Prices start at $300.00 and depend on several factors, including square footage, number of bathrooms, age of home, if there are any outbuildings on the property to be inspected, and distance from my home. If you have a home that is larger than 4000 sq. feet please call for a quote.
What’s included in a home inspection?
- Please note that inspection includes the main dwelling and 1 garage attached or unattached. All other buildings are an additional $100 per building, if you choose to have them inspected.
- Basic Home Inspection- $300.00.
- Homes that are larger than 4000 sq. ft. please call or submit a form for a quote.
I plan to add additional services in the future and they will be posted here along with prices. These services could include: Radon testing and testing for lead based paint along with many others.
